Welcome to the Indonesia Legal Advanced Journal (INLED), an academic journal committed to becoming a center of excellence in legal studies with an in-depth and critical approach. INLED offers an innovative discussion space on highly relevant legal topics in the modern era, with a focus on Forensic Law, Islamic Law, and Maritime Law. We examine in-depth the role of science and technology in Forensic Law, from the latest forensic techniques to complex issues such as legal fraud that challenge the fairness of the legal system. In our study of Islamic Law, INLED explores the challenges and dynamics of applying fiqh principles in the Indonesian legal context, as well as the interaction between state law and religious law in addressing social and economic issues. Maritime Law, on the other hand, is a key focus, where INLED presents critical reflections on international regulation, marine resource management, and the increasingly pressing issues of safety and pollution in the oceans.
