Indonesia Legal Advanced Journal (INLED), is an academic journal focusing on contemporary legal studies with a critical and multidimensional approach, aiming to become a leading platform for the dissemination of high-quality legal research. INLED invites researchers, academics, and practitioners to contribute in three key areas of high relevance in today's legal world: Forensic Law, Islamic Law, and Maritime Law. In Forensic Law, the journal investigates the application of the latest forensic technology in the judicial system, and addresses critical issues such as legal fraud that can threaten the integrity of the legal process. Islamic law is discussed through an in-depth analysis of the application of fiqh principles in the Indonesian legal system, as well as the challenges of integrating religious law with the state legal system in a dynamic social and cultural context. In the field of Maritime Law, INLED explores international regulations related to marine resource management, shipping safety, and the impact of marine pollution, offering perspectives on how maritime law must evolve to respond to changing global challenges. Through this journal, INLED provides a space for authors to develop sharp and solution-oriented thinking, while making significant contributions to the establishment of a more just, transparent, and sustainable legal system.
